At Word In Action Church and Action Creative Village, we believe that empowering young people today creates a stronger, brighter tomorrow. The Action Creator Scholarship was established to recognize and invest in students who demonstrate academic excellence, community involvement, creativity, leadership, and a commitment to pursuing their goals and passions.
Each year, $10,000 in scholarship funding will be awarded to deserving students across three educational levels: middle school, high school, and college. Recipients will be honored and celebrated at an annual scholarship banquet at the conclusion of the school year.
More than a scholarship, the Action Creator Scholarship is an investment in potential—encouraging the next generation to learn, lead, serve, create, and dream boldly as they build a future filled with purpose and possibility.
The Action Creator Scholarship is designed specifically for members of the Word in Action Church and Action Creative Village community, as well as individuals who have a direct connection to that community.
Students who are members of The Word In Action Church or are part of the Action Creative Village community are eligible to apply, provided they meet all scholarship requirements.
The scholarship is also open to direct family members or close friends of a Word In Action Church or Action Creative Village member.
Applicants applying through this pathway must have the connected member co-sign the application and complete the required verification.
This expanded eligibility allows the scholarship to reach students who may have a meaningful connection to the WIA/ACV community even if they are not personally members.

The college award is designated for students who are currently enrolled in college or are incoming college freshmen. This award can provide meaningful assistance as students transition into or continue their higher education journey.

The high school award recognizes students in grades 9–12 who have demonstrated academic achievement, community involvement, leadership, and a commitment to their future aspirations.

The middle school award recognizes students in grades 6–8 who are already demonstrating academic excellence, service, extracurricular involvement, and a clear desire to grow and pursue their goals.
